About Me

I am a registered social worker serving clients in Saskatchewan. I have 15 years’ experience as a mental health therapist with a background in mental health and addiction. Much of my work focuses on loss in relationships, roles, health, identity, work, and major life changes. Grief can be rooted in those experiences and can fuel anxious feelings, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, and other mental health and addiction concerns. These are only examples; loss looks different for everyone.

Grounded in clinical counselling and lived experience, I offer a warm, compassionate space to explore how loss shows up in your life, in your thoughts, feelings, and body. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and grounding practices, and my intuitive sense to support you. Together we will build skills for emotional regulation and gentle cognitive shifts. We will slowly and safely uncover what this loss means. You will be gently guided to name and honour your grief, and to find a quiet path toward renewed purpose and hope.
