Supporting people through life's changes, challenges, and new beginnings
I support adults navigating life transitions, including illness, grief, and key life changes. I support you in rebuilding a grounded, authentic sense of who you are when life no longer feels familiar.
This work begins with understanding what you’re grieving. Whether it’s a person, a version of yourself, or the life you imagined.
What I can support with
Loss of identity or feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected after a life change
Navigating life transitions, both chosen and unexpected
The emotional aftermath that often follows once a crisis has passed
Changes in health, physical ability, or your sense of safety in your body
Cancer, chronic illness, and the emotional impact that follows
Motherhood and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent
Career transitions, burnout, or loss of professional identity
Relationship changes, including separation, divorce, or shifts in connection
Grief and loss, including the death of a loved one
Many of the people I work with look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, unsteady, or disconnected on the inside. They often say things like, “I should be okay by now,” or “Other people have it worse,” while quietly struggling to make sense of what they’re feeling.
What they’re experiencing isn’t weakness, it’s grief and identity disruption.
How I work with you
My approach is solutions-focused, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience. This is not about fixing you or rushing you to move on. It’s about helping you understand what has changed, what you’re carrying, and what you need to feel steady again.
Together, we focus on:
Understanding what you’re grieving, whether it’s a person, a version of yourself, or the life you imagined
Making sense of the emotional and identity shifts that come with change
Reducing the sense of isolation in what you’re experiencing
Rebuilding a grounded, authentic sense of who you are now
