I support adults navigating life’s turning points and upheavals — the moments when life changes in ways you didn’t plan for and suddenly feels unfamiliar, unsteady, or overwhelming.
This work is for people experiencing grief in its many forms, including:
Loss of a loved one
Loss of health, physical ability, or a sense of safety in your body
Cancer, chronic illness, major diagnoses, or medical trauma
Career shifts, job loss, burnout, or loss of professional identity
Motherhood and the identity changes that come with becoming a parent
Divorce, separation, or the end of a significant relationship
Big life transitions or sudden, unwanted change
The emotional aftermath no one prepares you for once the crisis has passed
Many of the people I work with feel disoriented, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. They often say things like, “I should be okay by now,” or “Other people have it worse,” while quietly struggling.
This isn’t a lack of gratitude or strength — it’s grief.
My approach is solutions-focused, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience. This work isn’t about fixing you or rushing you to “move on.” Instead, I help you:
Understand what you’re grieving — whether it’s a person, a version of yourself, or the life you imagined
Make sense of the emotional and identity shifts that come with loss and major change
Feel less alone in your experience
Learn how to move forward in a way that honours what you’ve been through, without bypassing what hurts
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a cancer survivor who has navigated multiple diagnoses and has also lost loved ones, I understand grief from multiple angles. I know how deeply loss and uncertainty can affect your sense of self, your relationships, and your future.
You don’t need to justify your grief for it to be valid.
If your life has shifted and you’re trying to find solid ground again, this space is for you.
About Working With Me
Working with me is a supportive, collaborative process focused on helping you make sense of change, loss, and the emotions that come with it. I offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to explain or minimize what you’re going through.
My approach is solutions-focused and practical. Sessions aren’t about fixing you or pushing you to move on before you’re ready. We focus on understanding what’s happening for you now, how it’s impacting your life, and what will help you feel more steady and supported moving forward.
People who often work well with me are those who:
Feel “okay” on the outside but overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside
Are navigating grief related to health, loss, motherhood, career changes, or relationships
Are ready to self-explore and even do a little homework between sessions
Want support that feels validating, honest, and grounded
If this resonates, I invite you to book a consultation or reach out to see if working together feels like the right next step.
